Customized Logo – Small Kitchen Appliance Factory

Ningbo Wing Smart Electric Appliance CO.,LTD is a factory specializing in making small kitchen appliances. We accept customized services.
For example, putting the logo on a product. In general, there are several ways:

Silk Screen

This is a commonly used printing method. A screen with the logo pattern is created, and then the ink is squeezed through the squeegee and screen-printed on the surface of the machine’s housing. This method is suitable for flat or curved shells, with long-lasting printing results and vivid colors.

Pad Printing

The principle of pad printing is to first apply ink to a steel plate engraved with the logo, and then transfer the pattern to the machine shell with a silicone tip. It can be printed on the surface of irregularly shaped shells, and is better for small, complex patterns.

Thermal Transfer

The logo is printed on a special thermal transfer paper, and then the pattern on the paper is transferred to the machine housing by heating and pressurizing. This method can achieve high-precision, color-rich printing results, and is often used for shells made of plastic, metal, and other materials.

Laser Marking

A high-energy-density laser beam is used to etch a logo pattern on the surface of the machine’s housing. This method does not fade, has high durability and precision, and is suitable for materials such as metal.

Water Stickers

Soak the water sticker with the logo in water to separate it from the liner and then attach it to the surface of the machine case, where it is fixed by drying and painting. Water stickers can achieve complex patterns and colors, but they can wear out over time.

The choice of method depends on factors such as the material of the machine housing, the complexity of the logo, the number of prints, and the cost.
