Delicious Bubble Tea

Walking down the street, you will see a drink shop almost 100 meters away. It may sell coffee, it may sell milk tea, it may sell fresh juice. Among them, I like to drink milk tea the most, especially bubble tea. I don’t think there’s anyone who doesn’t like to drink bubble tea.

Prepare the Materials

Pearls: tapioca starch, brown or brown sugar, water.
Milk tea: black tea bags, milk, sugar (can be selected according to personal taste).
Others: Depending on personal taste, you can also prepare some whipping cream, condensed milk, etc.

Make Pearls

First, add brown or brown sugar to the water, boil until the sugar is completely dissolved, and turn off the heat after the water boils.
Then slowly pour the boiled sugar water into the tapioca starch, stirring as you pour until a dough is formed.
Place the dough on a cutting board and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. It is also possible to use a blender, and the operation is very simple.

Blenders & Mixers

Roll the dough into thin strips, cut into small pieces, and then roll the small pieces into round pearls.
Place the pearls in boiling water and cook until the pearls float and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the pearls become transparent and elastic.
Finally, the boiled pearls are fished out and soaked in cold water, which can make the pearls more elastic.

Make Milk Tea

Boiled black tea: Put the black tea bag in the water and boil until the color of the tea soup becomes darker and the tea aroma is overflowing.

2. In the process of boiling pearls, pay attention to the heat and time, and do not let the pearls cook for too long, so as not to make the pearls too soft.
