Exercise Requires Hydration
Nowadays, more and more people are falling in love with sports. Exercise not only exercises the body, but also relieves the pressure of study and work. After exercise, dopamine is secreted, which can make people feel good both physically and mentally.
Exercising hydration is a very important part.

Before exercising, it is recommended to replenish 500 – 600 ml of water about 2 hours in advance to ensure that the body has sufficient water reserves.
During exercise, 150 – 300 ml of water should be replenished every 15 – 20 minutes. If you exercise for a long time, with a lot of intensity, and sweat a lot, you can choose a sports drink that contains the right amount of electrolytes (such as sodium and potassium) to replace the electrolytes lost due to sweating.

After exercising, follow the principle of rehydration in small amounts and many times, and do not drink a large amount of water at one time. Usually within 30 minutes of exercising, replace about 1.5 times the amount of water you lost from your body weight.
In short, reasonable exercise hydration can maintain the body’s water and salt balance, ensure exercise effect and physical health.
