MOQ & Volume
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by category and program type. OEM platform SKUs typically start at 500–1,000 units per SKU. ODM programs may require higher minimums to justify tooling investment. Contact us with your volume and we’ll find the right fit.
Sampling
Can we get samples before placing a production order?
Yes — samples are standard. Production samples are available for most OEM platform SKUs within 7–14 business days. Sample costs are typically credited against your first production order.
IP & Exclusivity
Who owns the design in an ODM program?
In a full ODM program with dedicated tooling, the mold and design is exclusive to your brand — we will not produce the same design for another buyer. IP ownership and exclusivity terms are formalized in your production agreement.
Compliance
Can Wing handle US and Canadian certifications?
Yes. Our factory has experience with UL, ETL, FCC, and cUL certifications for North American markets. We coordinate directly with accredited third-party labs (UL, Intertek, SGS). CE and CB Scheme certifications available for European entry.
Payment Terms
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% prior to shipment. For established partnerships, we offer more flexible terms. We accept T/T wire transfer and Letter of Credit. All pricing is quoted in USD.

What do I need to submit an RFQ?
To get started: the product category, estimated annual volume, any design preferences or reference products, your target markets, and your timeline. Even a rough brief is enough — our team will build a proper proposal from there.
