Quality Control

Built to pass
every check.

Our quality control program embeds engineers directly in the production line — not in a lab down the hall. Every stage is inspected, measured, and documented before the next one begins.

Three mandatory
hold points

No stage proceeds without sign-off from the preceding one. Our engineers own the checkpoint — not a checklist handed to a line supervisor.

STAGE 01
Incoming Components

All inbound materials — PCBs, heating elements, housing parts, cables — are verified against specification sheets and AQL sampling tables before entering production stock.

STAGE 02
In-Line Assembly

Engineers stationed at assembly stations conduct real-time checks on critical parameters: torque, fit tolerance, electrical continuity, and functional sub-assembly tests at defined intervals.

STAGE 03
Pre-Shipment Final

Every finished unit undergoes a full functional test, cosmetic audit, and packaging integrity check before release. Results are logged and traceable by serial number.

Engineer-led,
not form-led

Our QC process is built around engineer judgment, not just form completion. Here’s what that looks like on the floor.

01
Daily Production Briefing

QC engineers review the production schedule and flag high-risk assembly sequences at the start of each shift.

02
Workstation Sign-Off Protocol

Critical assembly steps require a physical sign-off before the unit advances down the line. No skip, no override.

03
Non-Conformance Logging

Any defect is logged immediately with photo documentation, root cause field, and corrective action tracking — linked to the specific batch and shift.

04
Client-Accessible Reporting

QC reports, AQL results, and test data are compiled per order and made available to OEM clients upon shipment.

05
Continuous Feedback Loop

Monthly QC data is reviewed against trend thresholds. Engineers flag systemic issues before they become field problems.

Your brand is on the box.
Our QC protects it.

When your name is on the product, a defect isn’t just a factory problem — it’s a brand problem. Our QC program is designed with that in mind.

Reduced Warranty Exposure

Defects caught in-factory cost a fraction of what field returns, warranty claims, and brand damage cost. Our catch rate consistently outperforms industry averages.

Documentation Ready for Retail

Major retailers and distributors increasingly require QC documentation. We provide test reports, AQL results, and certification records per shipment — already formatted for buyer review.

Visibility Without On-Site Visits

Our reporting gives you a real picture of what happened in the factory — which batches flagged, what was corrected, and how the final shipment tested. No surprises at the dock.

Spec-Matched to Your Requirements

We adapt our QC checkpoints to match your product specifications. If you have proprietary test criteria, performance benchmarks, or retail compliance standards, we build them into the process.

program in action?

We walk OEM partners through our QC process during factory visits and onboarding. Request a sample QC report from a recent production run — no strings attached.
